Down to one contact lens,between coverage and low on money till my next pay check - asked to have doctor call me in an effort to pick up an extra lens to use until I could get in for eye exam. I get annual eye exams - my prescription hasn't changed since I've gone to them. It took 3 calls from me over a weeks time to find out the doctor wouldn't be calling me back. Ultimately, I knew I would have to pay cash - almost choked when I heard the cost of exam - over twice the cost of America's Best. In the past, they would give me an emergency lens if I ran out. That's not the case anymore. They didn't seem to matter to them that I didn't have backup glasses or that I was forced to drive around even with my children with one contact. Save $ and get customer service - go somewhere else.

My family and I have gone here for years, great staff, wonderful selection of glasses and they are always ready to help for those of us who do things like step on our specs or go to sleep wearing them....
