I have been shopping there for years and from my first visit I have been treated as a friend. The staff is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of fishing. I moved to this area from the coast and this is the first and only tackle shop in lake county that is worth the time. They stock name brand high end equipment and if they don't have it the'll get it. Prices are competitive with larger chain stores where you won't get the time of day from the help, who in most cases don't even fish. Don't waste your time going to Bass Pro Shops and forget about Walmart, from cane poles and crickets to blue water Owen's has got it going on.
