it was announced in the arizona republic that free firewood would be given away at 9:30 on Jan. 7th. I drove to Anthem from Surprise and got there at 9:30am. The tree had not even been cut down and I waited in line until 12:30 when the men announced that they were going to Lunch for one hour.A very poorly run event. I will never shop in Anthem again.

With all the promotion of 'Anthem, live here, shop here', My family was very disappointed with the Santa's behavior when we went for out family Chiristmas phot with Santa.santa refused to have his phot taken withus as we had out little dog with us. While everyone else working there did not seem to have a problem-and gave no indication that this was a problem, when it came out turn (after waiting in line) Santa first said yes- then said we should have came forPet Night- which we knew nothing at all about. Santa actually went so far as to get out of his chair antd tell us to take the picture without him. My daughter was disappointed as we we actually dismayed at this behavior. We left , with no photo and went to the management office, which was closed. This was Sat afternoon at 2:00. My first thought is not not spend any money @ the Outlets moving forward if this type of behavior is allowed.
