Traditional Worship Services:

* 7:45 a.m., 9:00 a.m. &10:30 a.m. Sunday
in the Main Worship Space.

Contemporary Worship Services

* 9:00 a.m. &10:30 a.m. Sunday in the North Worship Space

During Traditional Worship, you will hear Scripture readings and inspirational sermons. Musical performances may be provided by one of our adult or children’s choirs, a vocal ensemble, or soloist, an orchestra, a brass ensemble, a string ensemble, or handbell choir. The hymns might include an “old favorite”, a contemporary hymn, a Spanish song, or an African song. Adjacent to the Traditional Worship Space is a children’s quiet room where parents can take their children and still see the worship service without disturbing others.

Contemporary Service

The Contemporary Service is led by our own praise band, “Second Chance,” which combines popular contemporary music with original compositions to worship and praise God in an uplifting and energized way. God’s Word is read in Scripture readings and through inspirational sermons. The pastors also offer a short children’s message for our young worshippers.

In worship we are in reunion with God, with each other, and with faithful believers in every place and every age. All who believe in the saving grace of Jesus Christ and are baptized Christians are welcome to share in Holy Communion, celebrated at every weekend service. Our Saviour’s is blessed by pastors who lead us in Word and Sacrament; talented musicians enrich our time together; children and youth choirs add joy to our worship. We are more than observers; we actively take part in prayer, song, affirmation of faith, and the communion meal.

Nursery

A nursery is provided during our 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. services for children from birth until they are eligible for enrollment in Sunday Church School (age 3 by September 1).


Sunday School

Sunday School is held each Sunday from September through May during the 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. services. Sunday School is for children age 3 through fifth grade. Children gather for music fellowship, then they disperse back to their appropriate age-group classrooms for a Bible story, game, discussion, and craft

Coffee and tea are available in the South (main) Narthex on Sunday mornings after all worship services. If you are unable to attend weekend worship, audio CDs of the pastor’s message are available in a box attached to the South Narthex literature rack.
