Inflexible Poor customer service

Our Business Insurance bill was delayed by a mail problem. I wanted to wire the money to pay the same day BUT they can't accept same day transfers so the payment will be late. What modern company prefers snail mail? Very frustrating experience. I'll be looking for a company with much better customer service once this snafu is over.

how many times do you have to fax a request for condo insurance before you just give up>? Not a phone call back or an email. poor poor customer service. obviously no one there cares. would be no stars if I could do that.
They won't go away

I cancelled this insurance a year ago because they are 50% higher then the worst other company. They keep charging my account for the full amount and I have to go back to get my money back. I am considering filing banking fraud charges. Their customer service is snobish, short and without a trace of "service". I don't know how they stay in business.

I agree with the first two reviews. their customer service sucks to no end. I spoke to one of the reps. when i cancelled the service and asked if there would be a balance due or refund. She said she could not access that information at this time. Also, a while back I talked to yet another agent and was told she would call me back to try and reduce my policy for we had no tickets or accidents. What do you think happened? Your right!! NOTHING. Don't ever take someone there for their word because it means nothing.

cannot talk to rep. Had several increases on auto and home with no effort on agents part to shop around or help. Forgot to shop around for better rates twice after we spoke to her.

Customer service is lacking. Have to wait too long on the phone, always talking to a new person. I've been with the Agency for nine years and have never spoken to my agent.
