Worst car wash ever. They damaged my car out of carelessness - no apology. They just got mad I complained. Lousy location too. It's on a busy intersection with no easy way out.

Extremely rude and dangerous! After the car wash around 3:45 P.M. on Feb 9, 2015, I was waiting for a soft cloth wipe when a bearded guy in a cap with soft cloth in hand yelled at me to move on. Understanding that he is not going to wipe my van dry, I pulled up to the edge of the driveway, waiting for the right time to make a right on to Novi Rd - there was heavy traffic approaching from the left. This guy chased my van, yelling at me to get into the traffic and getting all mad that I was waiting for the right moment to safely get out of the driveway. I protested and he called me names, telling me that I was about to cause an accident behind me (sure, because they were allowing customers to queue, for more money), threatening to call the police, and completely disregarding the risk of me driving into Novi Rd. Finally, I made my right on to Novi Rd when the last of the vehicles stopped coming in from my left-by this time, this guy was hysterical and calling me names - all this in front of my two eight-year old daughters. I filed a report at the Novi police station but do not know if this problem would be addressed.
