I totally agree with Karma. They are right about the food, unqualified employees, staff goofing off, and last but not least, the residents feeling frustrated with all the above and more. The cook/kitchen does not have the proper equipment such as a steam table and heating lamps. The call system is caveman era. Administration is well aware of this, but nothing has been done since 2010 and now it is 2013. The same with hiring the employees. Anyone off the street can apply, be hired, without any experience, plus they are not properly trained. Only by a Care Giver or Med Aide on that shift. Residents still have the concerns back in 2010. I may keep repeating myself and I apologize. But these things need to be changed and SOON!!!!!!!!!!

Don't take your family here if you want them to live a good end of life!!!!! Their food is awful, residents constantly complain. Takes no experience to work there, so constantly getting unqualified employees and those who do work well are overworked, underpaid and mentally abused. The higher up people spend more time goofing off with eachother that doing their actual work, leaving it for others to pick up on. The owners have no clue as to what is going on and how poorly their employees and residents are being treated. Extremely unprofessional though they put up a pretty good front, don't be fooled. They do not properly train their employees, so many residents are not taken care of properly and sometimes employees make a residents injury worse since they don't know how to handle the different emergency situations. All in all, all they care about is getting your money and to keep the rooms full. Not enough people work there at one time. At night, over 60 residents are watched by 2-3 peop
