I thought, I had written a review on Richard's business "One Stop Auto", I owned a Honda CRV, and recently sold it. It was 7 years old and I always had my oil changes done at 3,000 miles. In the last two years, I was told by the dealership that it needed a new battery, brakes, new air conditioner, this was told to me on different services. I started looking around for someone who had the reputation of excellence. I am a real stickler about my car. I heard about ONE STOP and called. Richard came highly recommended by someone whom I felt would know, because she runs a very successful business and has to have someone who is excellent, honest, and concerned about the customer, not just the DOLLARS. Each time I thought, I was going to have to pay out big dollars, it never happened. Richard is so very HONEST, HIs work is of excellence.
