The nurse seemed very short tempered and annoyed to even be there, then the "doctor" who didn't even introduce herself seemed to scold me for not having health insurance after I had just paid cash for my visit, and asked me why it was so important for me to move to Arizona instead of staying where I was where I had health insurance. I was completely insulted and I will never return here.

Provided by YP.comCompletely unjust practice. They do not take any responsibility for their worker's mistakes and I am now in the process of getting a lawyer. I have no other choice because they are now avoiding me.
