How do you find the words to describe the ultimate in Service, Knowledge, Customer Service and Personal Care.
I was without air for almost 2 days in 114+ degrees in August, because the first company I called, came out twice, sprayed some anti-freeze and couldn't find the problem.
Then a recommendation came my way, on day 3, and I called On Time Air Conditioning. Ted's knowledge, efficiency, dedication and personal care, were all more than I could have ever hoped for. He was booked around the clock, but once he got my call, he made the time. Kristi, has the excellence in Customer Service, Care and Follow Through. Martin that works with Ted has the same knowledge and excellent attributes. Needless to say, Ted investigated the problem, later joined by Martin. It turned out to be a very complex issue, with my unit. I now know, this could only have been detected by a very skilled, knowledgeable, trained eye.
I cannot explain my gratitude to the team at On Time Air Conditioning, for fixing this problem and cooling me down, in the grueling heat. I will definitely always use this company now and always recommend them to any one I know.

Charles by Bud - 08/07/2009For several months I had been having trouble with my heat pump kicking out the circuit breaker which was very frustrating, especially in 114 degree heat. My wife went on ask dex and put in heat pump repairs. She saw the ad for On Time Airconditioning and read the reviews that customers had written. She showed me the ad and said that we should give them a call since it seemed that they had great reviews. So, on Wednesday afternoon, I called and spoke to Kristi who was very helpful. She said that she had just had a cancellation for Thursday. I told her that would be great. She told me that the repairman would be out between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. The following morning she called around 7:30 a.m. and said that the repairman would be there around 8 a.m. Sure enough, he was there On Time. He checked everything over and immediately put his finger on the problem. It was a relay switch that needed changing. It took him about 45 minutes and he had the problem fixed. Thanks to Kurt and

On Time AC Correctly Identified the Problem & Provided the Solution Within Minutes by Kayleigh Smith - 04/25/2008I am delighted to have found an AC contractor that is obviously highly experienced in his field. Every element of the service was superior beginning with the manner in which my call was answered and the appointment scheduled! The service technician, Ted, arrived "on time" and assessed my residential AC system and determined that a supplemental unit was not necessary to cool a portion of my home as I had assumed. He also explained the dynamics of the system and how to best remedy the problem of several rooms that were not being adequately cooled. I found him knowledgeable, trustworthy and a true professional. Experience has shown me that some technicians may have taken advantage of the opportunity to install a new AC system for a great deal of money but that was not the case with On Time AC. Customer Service Like Days of Olde! by DandHsummers - 12/18/2007Once upon a time, in tiny towns across this great land, there used to be what were called "Service Technicians". And these fine folks knew their stuff, whatever the profession, for whomever was in need. These pros from long ago, used to be so service-orineted, that the only time they'd charge a consumer would be when it was truly outside the scope of their inate ability, and they had to fuss over an issue for an extended time. "Doc" would set a nose for free; "Chester" would change a tire for nothing; "Max" would jimmy your door for a fresh piece of pie and a smile.
Well, tonight I called "Ted". My thermostat was set to the wrong configuration--owner error, I replaced it myself (ain't never perfessed t'be a PRO), and I couldn't get the durned thing to work proper. Instead of charging me an assessment and staging me for a royal raping, Ted walked me through my own repair on the phone, saving me $$$$$.
I've not seen service like that for a long, long time. So Thanks, Ted.
