I live centrally located between On Target and 2nd Amendment McHenry. I go to On Target for the range, gun purchases and FFL transfers because their pricing is better. The store is not large and that’s where 2nd Amendment has the upper hand. I have gone for training at both and I’d say I have been equally satisfied with the instruction provided.

Best shooting range around! Their gun prices aren't as cheap as Marengo Coin and Gun but their customer service and ability to manage 2 ranges when slammed superceded my expectations. They are patient and helpful with a range of information. They know me by name and are always willing to make adjustments or whats needed to make their customers happy! They dont make you look or feel stupid when you ask them a question about gun specifications unlike Gat Guns who look at you cross eyed for asking a simple basic question,. Unfortunately for me, I was a beginner when I first started shooting there so I didnt and really still dont know alot! Its nice to feel comfortable asking questions that I need answered. A gun is only safe if the shooter is informed correctly.

Thanks On Target, I;ll be back for my weekly visit to the range next Thursday.
