pleased with work by need my laptop - 10/04/2009I had no issues with this company. They picked up the computer, called me to verify the work that was needed and the time he needed. Then they brought it back. The price was very reasonable compared to other repair companies.
Very Disgruntled Customer by Not_a_happy_camper - 08/28/2009Though the ad said they'd come to me, I had to take the computer to them. It was then repaired (not to its original condition) and delivered back to me a day later than promised. Dan did not return the software that I had delivered to him with the computer. After two days of asking for the disks, Dan asked if I'd be willing to meet him half-way between his location and mine. I told him I'd be happy to meet him half-way. Unfortunately, my attempts at communication went unanswered, and I wasn't able to retrieve my disks. Finally, the third day, I was told that I could pick up my software in his mailbox, which required that I take time off work to drive back to Boulder. Though I explained why it was necessary for me to be able to reload certain applications on the laptop in a timely manner, I guess Dan's time was far more valuable than mine. Unfortunately, I HIGHLY advise against this service provider. If I could rate this service less than one star, I would.

didn't deliver by Sad Roofing Customer - 08/26/2009Dan promised delivery on a particular day/time, and it wasn't met. I tried to contact him, and my calls weren't answered. I had to try multiple times/days before I could find out the status of my machine. Recommend against!
Great repair job on my Apple I-Mac by Fatdove52 - 09/22/2008"Pleased with Dan's work", is a good description and I'll use it to describe the end result. My Apple desktop needed more than general maintenance and Dan was tenacious like a terrier in finding the problem then applying solution. Dan went an extra mile for us at a fair price. Thanks Dan.

Dan was able to identify the source and fix my problem even though I thought I had tried everything. I was amazed. The charge was very fair and he even showed me how to resolve some problems by myself. I would absolutely use his services again.
Awesome doubled the speed of my pc by Meghann - 03/02/2008Dan came to my house and advised me that to do the job properly it would take the entire day, he took my pc back to his shop, spent the day on it, only charged me 2 hours and doubled the speed of my computer, he removed my pricey internet security, installed free security that works 200% better than mine, picked it up, dropped it off for free and spent over an hour showing me better ways to complete my tasks, backed up my data and showed me how!!!! He trimmed up all the junk that my pc manufacturer installed from the factory, super nice guy, very patient, you need this guy if you like a nice clean fast pc.
