BEWARE! These people will rob you blind if you don't watch them like a hawk! The rest home my mother-in-law is in FORCES us to use these people. In the first 2 months, they racked up a bill for over $2000 for my mother-in-law. After many hours of arguing with them, all the was actually owed was $250. Their business practices amount to elder abuse and you should avoid them if you can. If you have to use them, watch your bill as I am sure we are not the only ones who are being grossly over charged and mismanaged.
