Went for a day hike in the olympics and locked my keys in my truck and they were able to find me no problem. They are a real life saver. Thanks again for unlocking my truck!

Would never use them again. First person couldn't go 7 miles up a road and turn left at the 7 mile marker road so I called again and the second driver finds us with no problem. Then says he is going to charge us double and after I agree to it and I will yelp this, the great employee gets mad and leaves. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen or been around and I am in the customer service business. Thanks for leaving my wife and I stranded. I already sent an email out to all my 1,328 clients in Mason and Thurston. Thank again and I hope you go out of business soon.
