Moved cross country from Arizona to Florida. Household goods arrived on time and in good shape. Steve our driver was excellent and made sure everything was set up to our liking. On the front end of the move, communications with move coordinator were a bit minimal for my liking but responsive when I reached out. Good move. Thanks ����������������

BUYER BEWARE! RUN DON'T WALK FROM THIS COMPANY. Received low-ball estimate $1,350 for packing & move 3 BLOCKS AWAY. Father passed away 5 days later. Plans halted to fly home for funeral.MOVED 13 MONTHS AGO & HAVEN'T BEEN PAID $1,500 FOR REPAIRS. PAID HIGHEST PREMIUM FOR -0- DEDUCTIBLE. REQUESTED REFUND FOR EXCESSIVE PACKING. THEY'RE ATTEMPTING TO BLACKMAIL ME TO SIGN RELEASE FOR "ANY & ALL CLAIMS, KNOWN & KNOWN." THERE ARE 2 ISSUES – DAMAGES & EXCESSIVE PACKING.Truck taken to warehouse for 4 days. Don't know where property actually was/treated. They refused to process claim until I stated all boxes unpacked. Had nowhere to unpack boxes, but said so for claim t/b processed. They stated any damages found later won't be covered.Home was sold - had to vacate. Planned to downsize & hold estate sale. Father died unexpectedly. After funeral,house was "full-pack" even though I packed longer hours. They took full advantage. Although they couldn't provide more packers, they packed in an excessive manner. I moved across country & did packing w/less than $100 damage. Within 3 blocks, Olympian did $1,500 damage. They ran operations so lean, they didn't have another packer, even though 2 packers scheduled; 1 packer showed up 11:30am stating he was "pulled off another job." 2.5 days packing. Second day, packer brought his kid. Not she was an employee. Told her not to pack jewelry box; she kept hounding me. Said she'd put it in box alone marked "pillows." Opened all boxes marked "pillows" then opened all boxes marked "Master Bdrm." Jewelry box (12x18x5) was alone in large 4.5 cu.ft. box (18x18x38) w/10 lbs. paper - marked, "Jewelry Box."No boxes numbered; they "don't do that for local move." Asked packer how he knew which boxes he'd already counted; he gave a dirty look & said, "I've been doing this a long time." Put numbers on boxes so you can keep track. Olympian has bad reviews for excessive packing. Still fighting for reimbursement from 13 months ago. Lost entire liquor cabinet; found it with now rancid salad dressing & wall décor. Approx. 7 lbs. packing paper in every box. Move exceeded 1,000 lbs. paper. Boxes have no handles; can't maneuver; weigh 50-60 lbs. & stacked 3 high. Had major surgery; couldn't handle boxes. Very little description on them. You'll need to repurchase items you can't find.They state you're not paying for packing supplies. Of course you pay - they build cost into each box type packed. BE SURE IF PACKER IS ALSO MOVER YOU'RE ONLY CHARGED FOR PACKING WHEN MOVER IS PACKING. HOURLY RATE CHARGED FOR MOVERS. IF THEY PACK, THEY MUST GO OFF CLOCK AS MOVER; OTHERWISE, THAT'S DOUBLE-DIPPING. Questioned packing charges; was told they used an old form; prices now higher. THEY SHOULD EAT THEIR MISTAKE & NOT PASS IT ON TO ME.LOW-BALL ESTIMATE EXPLODED TO $6,824. HAD TO REQUEST FUNDS FROM IRA (TAKES 1 WEEK); WAS TOLD BY OWNER, THOMAS DAVIDSON, TO PUT IN A LETTER IN WRITING; SALES CONSULTANT, MIKE TUTTLE, WOULD P/U LETTER. OWNER SAID MOVERS W/B THERE EARLY NEXT MORNING.NO ONE CAME; CALLS TO MIKE TUTTLE WEREN'T RETURNED. 11:00AM, I SPOKE TO THOMAS DAVIDSON. HE SAID, "WE DON'T TAKE COD'S. YOUR MOVE WASN'T SCHEDULED." HE HIJACKED MOVE, LIED & LED ME TO BELIEVE CHARGES COULD BE PAID FROM IRA. HE SCAMMED ME; FORCED ME TO ASK SOMEONE TO PUT NEARLY 7,000 ON THEIR CREDIT CARD. THOMAS DAVIDSON IS ARROGANT & RUDE; ALL HE SAYS IS NOTHING IS HIS OR COMPANY'S FAULT.FURNITURE NOT WRAPPED, WAS DAMAGED & COVERED IN SWEAT STAINS. BEDDING CRAMMED IN BOXES W/NO PROTECTION. LUCK I LIFTED TAPED FLAPS BEFORE SLICING W/KNIFE OR I'D HAVE RUINED $600 BEDDING.$2,000 storage fees due to excessive packing. Operations dropped ball. Sent same 3-man crew w/small truck. Movers saw contents; they said, "You were low-balled."BE CAREFUL IF YOU'RE A SINGLE WOMAN. TAKE PICTURES; GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.
