While they haven't pumped my tank yet, I am very impressed with their service. The city of Lino Lakes had sent me a letter telling me that my septic system needed to be pumped within 30 days. I called Olson's and they offered to call the city for me and ask for an extension so that it can be pumped in the spring when the conditions will be better for my septic system. Then they'll even send me a post card in the spring to remind me. Wow. I am really impressed so far and I haven't paid them a nickel yet!
