NEVER USE THIS COMPANY by Bagel - 08/11/2008This company has no sense of service!
My mother in law asked this company to look at her washing machine that was leaking. While he was here my wife asked him about a noise that the machine was making that my mother in law had not heard.
The repairman did not investigate the noise at all, nor did he ask any questions about the noise, but he ensured her that the noise was "normal".
The water leak was not assosiated with the washing machine, so the man left my mother-in-law to find a plummer to fix it, but charged her a HUGE FEE for his "service". After my mother in law heard the noise the next day, she knew that it definately was not normal. When she called the repairman and asked him to evaluate the noise on the original fee [since he had been asked about it while on the job] he refused. He gave her his opinion that she should buy a new machine since it would cost too much to repair. At his rate I'm sure it would.
