I am usually VERY good at purchasing flowers for my lovely wife (ya I am that guy) anyway this lady put together the TACKIEST arrangement I have ever seen. People at my wife's work actually laughed at it. She put plastic birds & butterflys in it with this other stuff that would have been great for my 75 year old grandma who would have used them about a dozen more times.
The only good thing is its an inside joke now at her work, so they laugh at it each time they see me. (no I am not ashamed). The birds nest (yes birds nest) is in one of her friends offices so that when she sees me next she can taunt me. I would think all the extra plastic things that were in the basket could probably be awesome white elephant gifts.
I should have caught the clue when she said she only delivers to nursing homes & hospitals on the weekend.
