I was promised the receipt for the dump fee 3 times by the salesman/estimator so I could be reimbursed by my insurance company. A week after paying them still no receipt. I called him and he tried to make it seem unimportant, that I had my roof done and thats all that mattered. Then told me to call and speak to the office manager. She said she would send it when she got it. I told her I needed it with 3 weeks and she said she would have it by then, 2more weeks go by and nothing. I sent her an email. No reply. I called and now she says its the 1st and all the bills would be comming in. Another week goes by and nothing. I called again, because again they do not call, says they did not get a bill for our address and nothing they can do. So I'm out the money for the dump fee. So once, they are paid that appears to be the end of the "good customer service".

Buying a roof is something i have never done, and know nothing about. At first It was a little intimidating, but when Old World Roofing showed up to give us an estimate, it became a friendly experience.They showed us where we had damage, with digital photos, they wrote our the estimate clearly showing what insurance would cover, I even got to choose a designer color for my new roof, that was actually a fun part!In the end, we did not have to pay anything out of pocket, it was completed in just 1 day! Our home looks beautiful, our new roof gave it a whole new look.and the process was so easy, they walked us through everything. Thank You Old World Roofing!! I recommend them to everyone I know.
