We have build apartments, new spec houses and duplexes and had remodeled or added on to a multitude of homes in the Tacoma area including may on the Historical list. We have been using many of our subcontractors for over 20 years and most of our employees worked for us over 10 years. At present we are only Craig and Michael, father and son, and we hire extra help as we need it. We try and maintain a small profile in order to keep the expenses down and pass the savings on to our customers. We try and do as much of the sections of the project ourselves. Craig has been in the remodel industry for over 40 years in all aspects of the industry.
