Ok plants, horrible customer service by BonnieMJ - 10/17/2009
I went in here twice right after I moved to the area and will never set foot there again. Both times the employees were rude but the second time we actually stood in line for 15 minutes while the two employees running two registers stood at the counter gossiping with one customer that was apparently a buddy. We waited while the line behind us grew and both employees never once acknowledged any other customers. Several people tried to ask questions or get their attention but were completely ignored. We set our planned purchase down on the counter and left. I've been to over a hundred nurseries in my lifetime and never been treated quite that badly.
