Great Service to animals

by Ruby , 10/26/2013

I have been taking my 2 dogs to Old Pueblo since they were puppies and will continue to do so. They show that they care about my pets and the Doctor is very knowledgeable. The only service I don't receive from them is my pets vaccinations, which are cheaper elsewhere.

After $530 worth of business for an exam, tests, shots, meds, health certificate to be picked up within 30 days... 14 days later I go in to pick up the health certificate and was told to come back another day because they need to print it out. What? Then they phoned needing my zip code and the places I will be traveling to. I told them this is a health certificate for a dog to say it was healthy when they examined it and has nothing to do with where I live or where I travel. They said ok but phoned again saying call ahead, give a heads up because I will need to have another appointment for an exam which they graciously will not charge me for (you can be sure about that!)...but it will cost ten dollars for the piece of paper? I requested to talk to the vet or office manager because the exam, certificate, money was a done deal. They never called me back. I took my business elsewhere.

Doc and the staff that work At Old Pueblo

by Judy B , 03/03/2012

I have taken my pets to Doc for many years and have referred several friends to him. We all love him and the staff that works there. They are all kind and gentle with us and our animals.Their prices are affordable and in my opinion they are the best vet clinic in Tucson!

Best Vet for your Pet!

by Lynn R. , 08/22/2011

I've been bringing my pets to Dr. Ferguson for the last 20 years, and he's an amazing and knowledeable vet! He usually has the answers to your questions, and if he doesn't, he'll research it and get back to you. His love for animals is apparent. The Old Pueblo staff is also helpful and friendly, and is always willing to answer any and all questions. The rates are reasonable. This is the place to take your pets! L.R. 8/22/2011
