Office Minimum

Bought a Samsung laser printer. They didn't suggest a USB cable which is needed to operate it. They didn't suggest paper that fits into it. He was successful in mentioning a protection plan for a $10 dollar fee. They didn't mention that the cartridge will only work for about 3 hours and you get 50 copies. Then the machine jams paper time after time. You call for help and they hang up on you. You call back and the bozo in electronics answers "Office Max Security". I'm not sure when he passed his background check and proper paperwork to be a legally registered security officer as he is still attired in Office Max clothing.
