I called this Office Depot, because I was referred by another store who was out of stock on this item. First of all, none of their phones work. The sales rep kept asking me to speak up. On the fifth phone he tried, he could finally hear me. He was about ready to hang up on me.Second: they won't let you pay for anything over the phone. No credit cards. Nill.Third: they won't let you hold items over the end of the business day. So you can't pay over the phone to hold your order...no matter what.Fourth: the sales rep said that another store had this item (even though they had it too), in an attempt to push me onto them.Worst service I've seen in awhile. I understand that a fair chunk of that is corporate Office Depot's asinine policy about receiving payment only in the store and the equally prehistoric policy on not holding past 12 hours, even if the customer is ready and willing to pay over the phone.It's like they're begging customers to take their business elsewhere.

They have all the necessary offices supplies. They have a dumb policy on turning in used ink cartriges: they make a distiction between "tanks" and "cartriges" and only give credit for one, not the other (I can't remember which).

I found an item on line, but when I go to the store it was "we are out of stock", and that was it. There was no, "we can order it in for you" or "see if another store has the item". I even wrote down the item # for them and was told that it didn't exist, even though at another store they were able to bring it up. The individual who was "helping" (so-called) me, seemed to be annoyed that I was asking them to look up anything. I will never go back to Office Depot for anything, I will drive out of my way to avoid them and suggest other do to. Unless you are a big business, I don't think they want anything to do with you. Unless that is what they call "custome service".
