Excellent Service and Advice Was Received by Pam Ingle - 11/13/2009
We called around and found a huge difference in services and costs. The most reasonable also had the best service and was the easiest to communicate with. I believe that the prior post is totally bogus and have a good idea of who posted and it was no one by the name of Rose. Pay attention to the reviews posted only by those who are willing to publish their name for all to see. The prior posting refers to serial numbers. The only serial numbers that I can even think of that could possibly apply to a funeral arrangement would be the serial numbers on each of the five hundred dollar bills that Brian saved for my mother if we would have used a different LOCAL firm. We learned and you should take our advice. This is an excellent firm operated by a caring person in a caring profession.

I spoke with Brian very briefly. I've wanted ask him a few questions before I would have him care for my loved one, I wanted to be sure that my family member would be handled with respect, unfortunately, his response was quit intimidating. He began yelling "Are you crazy! Are you crazy!" and then started rambling on about serial numbers. ???? I then hung up the phone, very frightened. It was a very frighting experience; I'm not sure exactly what he is doing over there... but I will have NO family member of mine in his care... or there lack of.Truly,Rose
