Every I came to their store, feel very welcomed by the staff, who always make a point to say hello to every customer. They were very friendly and helpful with the products I needed. I feel I can come to them with any issue I might have w/my hair and can trust the advice they give. I highly recommend them.

they were having a sale on hair extensions a few months back and i called to inquire about the prices and brands offered in the sale. they refused to give me quotes or tell me what brands were offered. i believe i spoke to the manager and all he wanted to do, it seemed, was to get me to hang up. i was very unimpressed. NEVER GOING BACK.
