I love Newby's!! You will love them and trust your car with them. I have been going to them for about 5 years now and i will only go to them. I don't trust anyone else with my car.

Whenever I've had problems with my 1999 Subaru, they have always been there for me. They respond in a timely manner. Very professional. Tell me what's wrong. Give me the cost before doing the work,if several things need to be done, they will suggest what needs doing first. To get you on the road again. No pressure on extras. Very honest. My car runs great.I trust Newby's. Julie in the office is so helpful. Thank you Newby's.

I recently had one of my vehicles serviced here last month. There was something wrong with the engine and I researched the prices that I was quoted by Newby’s because I’m a very thorough customer. The parts and labor that Newby’s quoted were about the same everywhere I looked. Some of the aftermarket parts I found online were more affordable, but I would rather pay a little bit extra what’s recommended than have an issue down the road.

Newby’s put in a timing chain kit and I have driven probably 6-7k miles since with no issues. I had another vehicle that was serviced in September 2012 that needed a crankshaft senor and lower controller arm replaced and it’s running great now.

All in all I give Newby’s a 5/5 star review for their quality of work, competitive prices, and the fact that you truly feel like a valued customer and not just someone they want to turn over for a profit as quickly as possible.

I have had both of my vehicles worked on at Newby’s and am extremely pleased with the outcome. I’ve always been weary of using the big name chain shops for mechanical work and was pleased to find this family owned shop just up the street from my house. The owner of the shop offered me a small discount because of my military affiliation. This was a very kind gesture and gave me even more reason to come back for other maintenance. Newby’s is a great family owned shop.

Employees were very helpful and friendly. This shop is very honest and provides the fairest prices of all places I’ve been to in town. It’s rare to find a mechanic that is honest, reliable, and fair… good to see that exists in Las Vegas still.
