All new staff at Oak Village. What happened to everyone? Why would main employees leave with in a couple months time????

Very unhappy with Dr Bowen. Used to be a client (18yrs) things have changed, he doesn't return phone calls when my dog was ill. Had to go elswehere for treatment and found out my dog was mis diagnosed!!!!!!
