Worse Cabinets Ever
by Runt , 04/15/2015
I do not know what material they use but paint started peeling off on the cabinets in laundry room under the sink. I do some hand wash and water naturally runs down. Not happy at all.

We ordered a kitchen from oakcraft and for one the finish does not hold up well, the self closing plunger fell off cabinet as they split the rail installing the plunger (no pilot hole),. Missing hardware such as rail caps and hinge covers. Even the holes for the shelf brackets were off. They did send out a new door as the one was splitting but the stain was to light and did not match. Not impressed at all.

Oak craft makes fairly good cabinets and does a good job installing them but does a very poor job of measuring them and their administrative people are a nightmare to deal with. They were charged my visa 4 times once a month and a half after the cabinets were installed. One of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had.
TERRIBLE SERVICE & RESPONSIVNESS
by Blair Storms , 12/05/2013
They say in their description that they built their reputation on flexibility and responsiveness. That is completely dishonest!! Well depending on whose flexibility they are referring to, it better be yours! I am a client who repeatedly orders cabinets and I have given them plenty of time to grow into their growing pains, but enough is enough. They NEVER call you back and they NEVER deliver on time. Time is money when running a business, and they have lost me alot of money. We are now finally switching vendors and I am done with them. They don't care about their customers and I am going to try to convince our corporate partner to eliminate them entirely as a vendor. Their cabinets are mediocre at best. Save your time and money..there are plenty of better companies out there that will treat you with some respect and appreciation.

We redid our entire kitchen with Oakcraft cabinets and the finish has come off in numerous locations. If there is a lifetime warranty Oakcraft is not honoring it because they aren't willing to do anything to fix by cabinets. A friend had the same problem with a completely different finish.
Well made cabinets at a fair price and lots of choices

Great finishes, lots of design choices, and a lifetime warrenty. OakCraft cabints are far better than anything you can get at a big box store.

O Rating...Very Poor cabinets (all around)
Poor stain/finish application
by mapace , 03/01/2012
I purchased an entire house full of Oakcraft cabinets approximately six years ago, as part of a home remodel. I asked the dealer if the finish used by Oakcraft was catalyzed, as the finish quality was very important to me, and I was told that it was. While the manufacturing of the wood itself was extremely good, the stain and finish application left a lot to be desired. The sides of any raised panels received very little stain and finish from the sprayed-on application, leaving a dry look in these areas. No matter what part of the woodwork you're talking about, if it got wet occasionally, the finish came off completely. All in all, the finishing process used was a real disappointment. I cannot say whether the manufacturer has improved the finishing process since my purchase date. Another down side is that the melamine interior surfaces did not hold up well. They should upgrade this process as well.

I purchased my kitchen cabinets from diamond kitchen and bath in phoenix, they are a dealer for oakcraft cabinets and my sales man was Tim Dewey he was very helpful and knowledgeable about cabinets and listened to what I was asking for in my new kitchen.Tim game out to measure my kitchen before he ordered the cabinets and made some suggestions that improved the design and saved me some money. Oakcraft make a great cabinet and diamond does a great job of sales and installation.
