Darlene Kvist, co-founder of Nutritional Weight & Wellness, has educated and counseled clients for over twenty years. As a licensed nutritionist, Darlene understands the biochemistry of food and health. Her passion is teaching people the power of nutrition. Darlene’s media exposure includes being quoted in Time on low-carbohydrate eating, and co-hosting a weekly radio show, Dishing Up Nutrition.
Our staff:
Darlene Kvist, Anna Derhak, Kara Carper, Cassie Weness, Lea Wetzell, Kate Crosby, Katie Haarala, Brenna Thompson, and Romaine Hanson consult with clients and prepare individual eating plans to meet specific health and lifestyle needs. Nutrition educators from Nutritional Weight & Wellness teach classes throughout the metropolitan area.
