Provided by YP.comThis company is absolutely HORRIBLE when it comes to communication. My son's wheelchair stopped working and he needed a new one. Someone from NuMotion did meet up at his fitting and was very knowledgeable, but afterwards I did not get any feedback from them and I could not get in touch with anyone. After leaving voice-mails I finally spoke with someone and they told me that the doctor's order for the chair was not sent in. Here it is two months after the fitting and my son now has to wait all over again for a chair.
I advise people to go elsewhere for any medical needs.

Provided by YP.comI have had a horrible time with this company. I have been unable to have someone repair my chair. I finally got a loaner chair 2 weeks ago(my chair has been broken since early July) and the temporary chair is very difficult to control. I have repeatedly told someone about this and nothing has been done about it. On top of everything else, I was supposed to have someone come over and bring my chair back today I thought. Needless to say, that didn't happen. I was NOT even called with an explanation. Next year, when it comes time for a new chair, I will NOT use this company. This company does NOT even have the decency to either answer the phone when I call or call and give me some sort of explanation.

Provided by YP.comTerrible customer service. Our Insurance and MD's were on point with paperwork. This company was determined they were going to take their sweet time. It took me calling all the way to the top to get anything done in a timely manner. Even up to the final moments of getting what we needed they tried to make up some excuse why they couldn't deliver the wheelchair. I call this company NO motion.

Provided by YP.comAs an employee of this company nothing is more frustrating than we the consumers don't know the process of the way rehab/repair orders go. It truly is out of our hands when it comes to receiving paperwork back from MD's offices (who lie to patients and blame us for lost paperwork) and the insurance companies (which requires either an act of God or congress) for approvals. For EVERY other employee I know here this job is personal and we love what we do. I just wish our clients would educate themselves before making us out to be the proverbial "bad guys".
