Susan by Susan - 06/22/2009We were referred to Novus through our insurance company. My windshield was placed improperly according to the mechanic and glass repair shop we had to hire after Novus worked on our windshield. Water leaked into our car and damaged the car. The owner of this shop wanted to charge me extra to follow up on his work and show me what was wrong with the mechanic's assessment. When asked to pay for the damages he caused to my vehicle, the owner hung up the phone on me. The Novus name is a franchise so there is no customer relations people to help. I will never return to or recommend this company to anyone.
