I took my Honda CRV to NOVUS. I thought that I had a leaky windshield from a previous install. The NOVUS technician, Tanner, took my car into the shop and found that my sunroof had leaves and pine needles in the drain holes, he cleaned it out at no charge. Now the leak is gone, and it was not the windshield. Thanks Tanner at NOVUS, you are a great technician.

I had a door that would not roll up and down on my Chevy Suburban. I asked NOVUS to look at it and they were able install a new power window regulator the next day.

We were referred to Novus through our insurance company. My windshield was placed improperly according to the mechanic and glass repair shop we had to hire after Novus worked on our windshield. Water leaked into our car and damaged the car. The owner of this shop wanted to charge me extra to follow up on his work and show me what was wrong with the mechanic's assessment. When asked to pay for the damages he caused to my vehicle, the owner hung up the phone on me. The Novus name is a franchise so there is no customer relations people to help. I will never return to or recommend this company to anyone.

NOVUS did a great job on our windshield replacement. They were very professional and did the job at a fair price. I would definitely use them again (but hope I don't need to...). AAA+++
