Disappointing by provorhetor - 07/04/2008I called around noon to ask about an estimate. I discussed the problem with the proprietor, who agreed to come out that same day, around 3:00 or 4:00. My husband and I put off all other plans, and we waited. No one showed up. No one called. I called the next day to say that we were still very much interested in receiving a proposal from Norton Industries. No repsonse. Finally, I called and left a message, stating my displeasure. Still, nothing. All in all, very, very disappointing.
