Our staff is well versed and equipped to locate the best air fares, rates and schedules. We know which tour and vacation vendors to recommend because we have a history with each vendor we sell. Experience tells when you need a resource to sift through the many thousands of travel vendors, each with a wide range of product pricing.

In addition to coordinating basic transportation requests, Northwest Travel Service has set itself apart from the pack with an innovative and creative group sales department, which has a long track record of meticulously planned and executed group tours and events.

Over the past decade, Northwest Travel has carried over 1500 University of Washington Husky fans to Pasadena and the Rose Bowl. In 1996, we expanded our efforts South to the University of Oregon, coordinating two groups simultaneously to the Sun Bowl and the Cotton Bowl, with great success. Our packages have been competitively priced, beating our nearest competitor by $100 per person. The package pricing for the Cotton Bowl undercut the "official package" by nearly $400.00. Even though we have been a leader in the cost of these football packages, the quality and satisfaction level has been second to none.

In addition to the various bowl games, Northwest Travel Service has sent over 700 passengers to various games played out of state. Again, our goal has been to provide a quality product for a decent prices while maintaining a reasonable profit margin. We have more than accomplished this, with an active database exceeding 5,000 names.

In September of 1994, Northwest Travel Service escorted 780 Washington fans around the Caribbean prior to the Miami/Washington football game. Every aspect of this group tour, conception, promotion sales, and the event itself was coordinated entirely by NWTS staff.

In 1995, Northwest Travel Service teamed up Mariners management to provide road trips for fans with a desire to see thier favorite team play in the country's new and historic ball parks. While Northwest Travel no longer has an official relationship with the Mariners, we continue to take many fans to see the Mariners play in venues all over the USA and Canada.

While we have had great success in the past promoting sports related packages, we are not limited to this market. Our group and incentive desk will work within your parameters to develop and promote your travel program. From 30 employees traveling to a conference in Reno to 300 top employees and spouses “beaching it” in Hawaii, Northwest Travel Service can take care of the details.
