Northwest Mechanical "ROCKS" Over the top customer service & quality service tech's. My heat went out and service tech was dispatched out same day with follow up call from operations manager. I will call them again for heating, plumbing or solar needs without hesitation.

And refund the extra money. That would speak volumes.

Seattle Solar Company - NW Mechanical / Smart Solar Solution placed 18 pv solar panels on my roof last September. We can track how much energy they produce at any given time. I would recommend them to anyone.

Solar in Seattle is possible! We had Solar installed in September of 08. The job went better than expected. Our sales rep was available for all my questions and concerns. They even sent us cookies after the unit was installed. We'd recommend Northwest Mechanical / Smart Solar Solution for any solar needs or questions.

Called them to fix my boiler. The tech asked me what he should do. I told him I don�t know that�s why I called you. He asked if he could replace my valve. I told him �Do what needs to be done to fix the boiler� He replaced the valve charged me $375.00 and 2 weeks later I had the same problem. He came out again took another $175.00 and I still have the same problem. These folks are clueless at repairs but experts at extracting cash.

"I would not recommend working with this company. They installed a radiant heat system when I built my house 10 yrs ago. The owner, Buzz, called the day before they were to start installation, to say they under bid & wouldn't be able to do the project unless they charged more. We had to stay on schedule, so although it was over budget, we agreed to pay more. I have since learned that they did a really poor job on the design and I think we ended up with a very inefficient system even though we paid more. I had a technician come out several months ago to discuss what we could do to improve the system. I paid over $175 for him to come out to review the work and make recommendations. I had one follow up question and after 6 phone messages and 1 e-mail, he has still not gotten back to me. He also promised a bid for an upgrade to a boiler and I have not received that, either. I believe he knows what a lousy job the did originally, and there is really nothing they can do to fix. Bad.
