Screening of tenants.
Paying of all monthly bills, including mortgage and contract payments.
Supplying of all necessary lease or rental agreements, rental applications, rent receipts, apartment condition reports, and all other documents required to meet Washington's Landlord/Tenant Laws or other applicable statutes.
Handling of tenant disputes and arranging legal action for eviction and/or collections.
Reviewing rents regularly.
Accounting for all tenant deposits.
Supervising maintenance required to maintain your investment.
Providing of an in-house maintenance department at an excellent price; maintenance completed in a timely manner.
Providing of detailed monthly statements accounting for all income and disbursements.
Providing of a 24 hour answering service to maintain a high level of communication, occupancy, and emergency services.
Conducting regular interior and drive-by inspections.
Coordinating of all advertising as needed.
Disbursing of all tenant deposit refunds and supplying of required documentation.
Notifying a client prior to expending any excessive expense relating to managed units.
Maintaining client trust accounts. All collected rents and deposits subject to periodic auditing by the Washington Real Estate Commission.

BEYOND DISAPPOINTING by -Find Somewhere Else to Live - 08/04/2009The other person who wrote a review.. Spot on... This Company is AWFUL...The phones are horrible. The Property Manager (some woman) is rude, doesn't return calls, is rude to their receptionist, lies, has no integrity, and bullied the owner of the home I rent. The Owner of NW Management, has no clue and doesn't take responsibility for ANYTHING. The Maintenance guys are nice, but they don't do ANYTHING. If I wanted to take care of everything, I would own my own home. Everything has to go through their website, any maint request everything, what if you don't have internet? If something breaks you should be able to call in.. Not with this place. If you call in, you have to LVM, She doesn't call you back. Think long LONG LONG and hard before you rent from these people.. Something just ain't right with them.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY by Disappointed Tenant - 03/30/20091) Their phone system is a mess, it's difficult to leave messages after hours. 2) We had to leave our rental when the owner took back the house. That was distressing, but not NW Management's fault. However, our property manager was particularly rude throughout the entire experience, and acted as though we were an annoyance to her. 3) When we received our deposit back in the mail, a couple hundred dollars were withheld without warning. This money was withheld in case we didn't pay bills that had not yet come due. The itemized sheet said that we would have that money returned to us once the bills were paid.We did pay those bills, and waited to receive the rest of our money back. We haven't yet, 6 months later. I finally spoke to them about it, and I was informed that the money was given to the owner and it was no longer their problem. They also will not give me any contact information for the owner.DON'T RENT FROM THEM - Find somewhere else to live!
