Can not express enough how pleased we are with the total experience from initiation to completion; Great staff, Exceptional service. Gary was always available to answer questions; is knowledgeable about every aspect of his product line; walked us thru the timelines of each step and followed up after installation to make sure he had met our expectations.Bobby was a dream installator. ON TIME, Professional; a master at his skills; AND, did a spotless cleanup!! I would highly recommend NW DOOR to anyone looking for an affordabale, conscientious and professional company.

When my old garage door opener broke I needed a new one ASAP. The cables on my door were also messed up and I couldn't get the door opened manually. I called every garage door business in the yellow pages and nobody came close to the price Northwest Door quoted me for a Lift Master unit. I was told that the labor costs would depend on how much damage had been done to the cables and the work the installer would have to put into it. This is where I thought I would get taken but I stuck with Northwest Doors because of the great deal on the unit. They also threw in an extra remote control and an outside key pad. Rudy, the installer, was right on time and did an excellent job. He worked quickly and had the new unit installed in less than 3 hours. This of course cut down on the labor costs I feared. Rudy even offered to dispose of my old unit for me. The best part was when I received the bill. It was MUCH less than what I thought it would be. I highly recommend Northwest Door.

Had a garage door installed. The individual who installed it told me "if you ever had a problem with it to call him", and he would come by, and that he did not live too far away. I always had a clunking noise since the install, as it neared half-way closed. I kept putting off calling as I am very busy, so I will take some blame. I finally called, and was told that I had to pay $80.00 an hour to correct the issue, because I am over the warranty period by a few months. What a crock. The door with installation ran me $1800. This is not good customer service. Another company I feel that leaves their clients in the "burn pit". Go with a company who is truly customer oriented. I do not feel Northwest doors takes care of the customer. They sure dropped the stone on me.
