The wide range of products and services offered by these companies lend integrity and flexibility as we work to fulfill the needs of our customers. NorthWest ComTech has a large number of vendors and suppliers for peripheral products to enhance workplace efficiency and productivity. Each installation is custom designed to meet the needs of every client. There is no one technology or one communications system that meets every company's need. With multiple vendors, NorthWest ComTech can design a solution based on each customer's specific requirements.

NorthWest ComTech has chosen Iwatsu Voice Networks as our premier hardware product line. With a variety of features such as Bluetooth capabilities, every phone is equipped with a full duplex speakerphone, continually updated technology that is backwards compatible with every Iwatsu system since 1989, software for computer telephone integration, and SIP capabilities, Iwatsu offers our customers ease of use to enhance communications in every business; Iwatsu has a reputation for reliable products and sound business practices that NorthWest ComTech is proud to be a part of. Iwatsu opened in Japan in 1938 and has been doing business in the United States since 1975, manufacturing every component in house for superior craftsmanship, and boasts the best mean time between failure ratings in the industry.

NorthWest ComTech partnered with Vodavi in 2001, and maintains the only Gold Dealership in Oregon or Southwest Washington. Vodavi's recent partnership with Vertical opened its already expansive product line. From the Vodavi STSe (Small Telephone System - Enhanced) to the Vertical WAVE, a fully functional VoIP telephone system, Vodavi and Vertical offer a product to meet the needs of every size and complexity of customer. This wide variety of products allows NorthWest ComTech to custom design a communications system for each and every customer, from starting with the basics to the most complex call center and database integration.
