Excellent veternary care. The staff is all very courteous, helpful, and knowledge. It is a busy clinic. Checking out and getting prescriptions filled can add approximately 15 minutes to the visit, which is well worth my animals receiving the best attention.

Great vet! Have been with them since they were in Franklin Park.

This Vet misdiagnosed my dog, turning out that he had cancer that spread to all his organs. May of been caught and saved him if this vet did their job. I paid for X-Rays that they couldn't produce when I wanted copies of them, they never took them! Very shady vet and I can't believe they have any good reviews. Every time I was there, I saw very upset people and I should of ran away then.

Very disrespectful of YOUR time. Waits are ridiculous. I had to wait 45 minutes for a blood draw done by a Tech. A woman was there with a bleeding dog that had been attacked and she waited longer than I did. The Techs. are rude and the Vets are slow; One of them missed a obvious medical issue with my dog that another Vet caught in 2 minutes. Don't bother with them, they don't appreciate your business and you'll be there all day!

The Vets here are great....very experienced and they spend a good chunk of time with your animal. The customer service by ancillary staff is HORRIBLE! Expect to be ignored! And don't bother calling them...you'll be on hold for over 10 minutes and then you'll be LUCKY if they call you back. If your dog or cat has an appointment you're going to need at least 2 hours because the wait is ridiculous.

The doctors and the staff are superstars!!! Efficient, caring, and friendly with reasonable pricing. They have my full trust in caring for my precious furry four legged kids. They are truly exceptional and superb people... :)
