I've been a customer for years. They skip me at least 4 times per year and never contact me. If I complain sometimes they'll come back. I've never received a credit for being skipped. Yes they're the cheapest, for good reason. If you expect good service look elsewhere.

Dont know what has changed this year, BUT service is HORRIBLE. 2 weeks In a row they didn't take all my trash. I even called after they didn't take all of it the first time they didn't offer to do anything but leave a note for next time. And next time they did the same thing. I would no longer recommend them and will be looking for new service.

Extremely rude office ladies with atrocious customer service. When I cancelled they took their cans and left the trash around it. The office refused to send a truck to take the trash left behind (because my account was cancelled) even when just the week before I informed them there would be some extra trash and they told me they would annotate it on the account with no extra cost to me. Also at some point during my service they changed recycle truck drivers and the new one didn't like where I put my recycle container so he just didn't pick it up for a month and a half. To NoCo Disposal's credit they did credit my bill the $3 for not servicing me, but only after I called 4 times, got told they wouldn't do it, got hung up on, and then finally got a different office lady. Absolute nightmare office staff. Now my bill with them will be left open until they come to pick up what was left. I assume they will undoubtedly just send me to collections instead of fixing their mistake. No problem, reading the other reviews on this company I am sure the Colorado BBB will be more than happy to take care of them for me. I am switching to Waste Services of Colorado 970-590-3722. $20/month for trash and recycle! Plus the lady on the phone is the sweetest person in the world. Also they have a referral program where both parties get a free month, so if you read this review and decide to trash NoCo Disposal for them (pun intended) make sure you tell her I referred you!

I received my dumpster in a timely manner, I would recommend their services to anyone I know in need!

There are quite a few of the trash bins in our area. they have been very good to us and they have excellent customer care!

TERRIBLE customer service. Even the manager sounds like she has trouble with her social skills. I've been getting charged for the past 3 months and yet the driver has refused to pick up my container! Go with Waste Management if you live in Greeley!

Set my trash out this morning with no lid not knowing it would snow. They brought my can up to the side of the house so the empty can would not fill up with snow. These guys are great and always friendly! I switched to them from WM a few years ago because of WM lack of courtesy and habbit of charging extra for random trash items. I've been a very happy coustomer since.

Hard workers compare to other running and making sure fast and great service..going that extra step when it's windy to run up the cans when no other company does it..friendly and polite..100% satisfied

The recycling and trash crews take time to secure trash cans and lids against the northern Colorado winds. Great to see this in a community that often lets customer service slide.

I came aboard with these people several years back after being with another company. I have been happy ever since! When I've called and had questions, I've had them answered by a cheerful voice. When there's a windy day, my cans are placed back near the house so they won't blow away! That's real service! All my family is has this company and loves them, too!

I am not sure what the previous posters are talking about I LOVE this company. I moved to greeley from evans and was just going to go with Waste Management not realizing all the options. I tried setting up service through thier website and even after 4 weeks NO RESPONSE. I called asked again about the residental and was told someone would call back they NEVER did. So I had seen a few different trucks and called Northern colorado because their equipment seemed way nicer then the others. I tried to order 2 cans and was promtly told I could get 2 but no reason as they will pick up all extra sitting next to can NO CHARGE. I was shocked after using waste management for years.Just last week I put out old doors, yard debis, lumber, many cardboard boxes filled with misc crap( cleaned garage out) and I figured this is finally their tipping point and waited to see what would be left behind for me....NOTHING. They picked it all up no complaints no questions and no extra charge

I would avoid ncd, if I were you. Never on time, picky trash collectors. You get what you pay for. I am not endorsing any company but I would certainly rule north Colorado disposal OUT! I hesitate to even rate 1 star. Lazy, lazy, lazy drivers.

Absolute worst trash service. Avoid at all cost. I've owned for properties, obviously have had trash service at each property, and I can honestly and unequivocally say that ncd is the absolute worst. I've had minor issues with missed pick ups, forgotten recycle pick ups ( their error, not mine). Today, put me over the edge. I've called in the past to hear the company say sorry for their mishaps, rude drivers etc etc but when I returned home, I found my trash can In the center of my driveway. My retired neighbor said he witnessed the trash men pull it There and then laugh as they sped away. Absolutely horrible company.

We changed our trash service from the "BIG NAME" trash company to Northern Colorado Disposal and could not be happier. The service is excellent at both of our bodyshop locations and also at our rural home. The main reason that we switched is the significant savings - now we wouldn't go back because of the service.
