Provided by SuperpagesWe take both dogs there and they have always been professional and helpful. They answer questions, are caring and do not charge as much as local vets. We will continue to use them for care.

Provided by SuperpagesWhile I only brought our dog to this vet twice, I found them to be honest and caring. Recently, my dog was not doing well and while the vet thought it could be something treatable, such as a stomach ulcer, she suggested I take our dog to the veterinary hospital in Woburn for x-rays. While we unfortunately had to put the dog down due to a large growth of cancer around her spleen, I am glad that they recommended we go to Woburn for further examination. I don't know what I would've done if our dog had died at home that night. We'll be taking our future pets to N. Reading Veterinary Clinic.

Provided by SuperpagesI have been breeding and showing dogs for over 40 years and find that this vet is very competent. She has always given good advice and is open to discuss other alternatives.I have had nothing but positive and professional experiences with this veterinary clinic and will continue to take my various animals there for any treatment necessary. I have had my dogs and cats groomed there as well and they have always done a top notch job...and I am very fussy about that, since I can do it very well myself. When I do not have the time, I can depend on them to do a great job for me.

Provided by SuperpagesThe owner suggested that my 11 year old dog get surgery for a second time on his leg after 8 years. Her associate vet, without knowing what the "boss" said, told me that I would be crazy to operate on the same former injury again at his age. Other vets confirmed that operating would do more harm than good. In addition, the owner was rude and condescending when I told her that I did not want to operate again. On top of that, look around their offices, they are filthy. The last time my dog boarded there he got kennel cough. I know that is a common occurance when boarding dogs, but my dog was up to date on his shots. I have to believe that the lack of sanitary concern plays some role in facilitating the transmission of disease (kennel cough in this case). I went to this vet for almost 20 years. The previous owner cared about his customers and his pets. SInce this owner took over, she has gradually lost interest in her clients and their animals. Go somewhere that cares!

Provided by SuperpagesI left my pet, explaining that his vet and I had agreed that Yuki should NOT have the cysts on his head removed because of his advanced age. To my HORROR, when my DH picked Yuki up this butchery had excised his cycsts WITHOUT my approval!
