Our rental agreements allow you to upgrade, change, or cancel the program as needs change. NO early termination fees.

All Service is included, so we fix any problem. If the copier needs parts, supplies (except paper) we pay for it.

No credit approval issues. New business, no problem.

The copiers are configured with speeds and accessories to fit your needs.

You may purchase or lease the copier/printer should you wish.

If you have questions about your billing, supplies, placing a service call or have questions on how to operate your office equipment, you need only make one phone call to one location in Federal Way WA.

Loaners are provided at no additional cost for all repairs exceeding 24 hours down time. We provide free training on the operation of your office equipment for the term of the contract.

North Pacific Office Systems offers on site service for most printers including HP. We stock supplies for most printers, copiers & fax machines at discounted prices.

Our flexible maintenance programs offer annual or monthly contracts. If you wish to not purchase a maintenance program, we also provide service on a time & material basis.
