Don't ever come this housing office to get an affordable apt!- its all a waste of time! And bad services with bad tenants and nosy and racist neighbors against only black people! By an all white neighborhood who hate people of color! And the worst neighbor from hell is called Kelly!- in the worst and most racist place in Iowa is in Hampton,ia and apt C3! Beware!- she is a liar and will harrass u and make false reports against u if u are not white! Its a crime to discriminate!- based on your race! And the NIRHA will do nothing to help u! And the corrupt cops and sheriff are useless and racist too just like them! Its criminal! And yet they took her complaints against an innocent person because she is black! And she will keep calling the dirty cops on u and won't stop with her lies to make u want to move out! They're all a disgrace! And their housing policy saying that they don't discriminate based on your race!- don't believe it!- they're lying! I know!- by experience! They're a terrible housing co. A fraud and nothing but a scam!-if your black!- I'm glad I left! Its the worst Gov agency for housing in Iowa! Stay away!!!!!
