Rundown,mold in rentals,no ammenities,people moving out from complex because of on-site manager.The worst place ever to live...a nightmare.

HOLY NIGHTMARE BATMAN, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Park management harasses & lies to good people. Won't make repairs even when notified by certified mail. Homes are dangerous to your health and safety. Pipes broken under homes causing flooding under homes and surrounding areas, mold, broken furnace, & on & on & on etc. Things that should have been repaired, BUT WEREN'T. Charges you for parking permits for parking in your own drive-way. Poor ownership/management. Some owners are talking about removing their homes from this park. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !!!!!!

Slum lords & rental homes are full of mold. They increase your rent $100 a year. The manager likes to harass everyone & they wonder why the park is 1/2 way empty
