wow, the service was horrible!

I ordered at part for my snow blower on a Thursday. The person in their service department said it would be available for p/u on the following Tuesday (which was great, I had a contract to clear the snow off the roof of a building by Thursday). I called them on that Tuesday and the guy said it didn't arrive on the truck. When I asked him why he rudely replied "BECAUSE!" So I took the time to drive there to p/u a belt and talk to someone in person. When I arrived and talked the kid in service, I explained the situation. He pulled out his little sheet and said "Yeah, I haven't even ordered the part yet, and you'll be lucky to get it by Thursday." Well, I lost the contract for the snow removal and will never shop North Heights again!!

I live in the north metro and drive to North heights Hardware as they have yet to fail me on a part order, which the place next to my house has...twice. They are also less expensive.
