Provided by YP.comDealing with Brian Pazzelli, owner of North Country Heating, was a nightmare. When we politely complained about our $10,000 HVAC system right after it was installed, it took Brian over a year to send a service person and we were treated unbelievably rude and disrespectfully by Brian. Our system was not properly installed

Installed wrong and when it failed due the installation, they had no parts to fix it. Took days to get the parts from the wholesaler in either Duluth or the Cities

Furnace installed incorrectly.Does NOT carry repair parts....takes 3-5 working days to get them from Duluth or MPLS.Not acceptable at 40 below!
