have tried to reach them, no return calls, then they say my phone number is disconnected, on hold over and over, not helpful

I personally wanted to share my horrible experience at Nordstrom Rack. I had attended their about 1 month ago seeking to find a dress shirt for my Christmas party. Everything was going well, until I stepped on a nail that came from a security tag- The nail, which was about 1" long, had gone through my shoes and through my foot. Several employees saw me removing the nail from my shoe, however; they looked away and continue walking. The same night, I got onto nordstrom.com to voice my conerns/complaints- I was not seeking compensation, but I did want an apology. The gentlemen I spoke with stated that he would forward my concerns to the manager of the SLC location and they would be in touch with me as soon as possible. It has now been about 4 weeks, but I have yet to receive any call or e-mail.
