If you live in the neighborhood, this is the place to start when you need hardware and household items. I always stop here first and about two thirds of the time, I find what I need at a reasonable price. The customer service is excellent and the time saved by not having to leave the neighborhood make it well worth the stop.

Very friendly staff. I have been dissapointed at a rate of 80% of the time I go in there, trying to support a local business, they didn't have what I needed. I had to go to my usual spot where I need to go around two bridges that are out to find what I needed. It was a waste of my time to go to Nokomis. I hope they improve their inventory because I would love to see them successful. Frankly, if I go in there one more time and I come out empty handed, I will stop going there for things other than xacto knives and toilet parts.
