Lifetime Customer!

by Steve , 11/03/2011

I did a bunch of research for a mtn. bike but found the best deal at Noble sports. They were very helpful in getting me on the right bike for my stage in the sport. They knew what they were talking about and I'm very pleased with the bike. It's nice to have a local bike shop with good customer service that does life time tune-ups when you buy a bike. I recommend these guys.

Love my Bike and Noble

by CannondaleLover , 10/13/2011

I bought a Full Suspension Mountain bike from these guys. They gave me a super good deal and they were very knowledgable. Their Mechanic knows his stuff and all the staff was super nice, it's great to finally go to a bike shop that is not a "Snob shop." Love the bike I have and every time I take it in for my free lifetime tune up, they turn it around quicker than expected.

Started going in when they first opened and supported them as a local company. I referred many friends and family to them and everybody kept saying the customer service was not great. I realized what they meant when I took my bike in to get a tune up. I have never been treated so poorly. I was talked down to and treated horribly. I thought they were just having a bad day and returned another day to buy a package deal for my daughter. Again, I was treated like they could care less if I was in the store or not. They changed the price on the package and would not give me the deal that was shown on paper and told to me by another sales person. They basically told me that they could care less if I bought from them and didn't care if left. Horrible service and will never go back.

2 thumbs up from me

I bought a road bike, and a commuter bike from Noble Sports this year, and they have been awesome with getting my free tune ups done in a good time frame, and they have done it right the first time. Staff is always really nice and I always feel welcome. Happy to have a good bike shop in Springville. Oh and by the way, I did get fitted to my road bike the same day I bought it.

Not so great

by Somewhat Disappointed , 08/04/2010

I just bought my first bike from Noble. I thought I was getting a great deal, but could get the bike cheaper at REI. Also, not knowing about bikes very much I didn't get fitted for the bike so that it's actually comfortable to ride.On a good note, the staff was nice, but I feel they didn't give me the attention that other shops would have.
