WARNING - DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS 'SERVICE' by TSJL - 09/14/2009
We had Manuel come out to repair our dishwasher which was leaking. His initial partial cycle test seemed to indicate the problem was fixed. However, our first full cycle proved otherwise as it leaked all over our kitchen floor. I'm not upset about this -- it can happen. However, my receipt shows a 90 day guarantee and yet I cannot get him back out to work on it. We had 3 separate appointment times set up, each of which he was a no-show for. Now he will not answer my calls or return my phone call. Avoid him -- he is not reliable and does not stand behind his service. I am now trying to get my money back because I have to have someone else come fix my dishwasher. I think this will likely end up in court.
